Greetings and welcome to St. Bernard’s High School!
It’s been one-hundred years since we first opened our doors, and St. Bernard’s continues to graduate some of the region’s best and brightest young men and women. Bernardians bring light to the world and live lives of meaning, integrity, and compassion.
How do we do it? It’s simple: at St. Bernard’s, students come first.
Every young man and woman in our midst is known and loved for their unique gifts. Their teachers, coaches, and administrators share a singular goal: to support each of them during these four important years of growth. And that’s easy to do when you have a committed, caring staff like ours, small class sizes (with a student-teacher ratio of 14:1), and a community of supportive, dedicated parents.
Ultimately, that level of care pays dividends in the quality of student produced and in the realm of student experience. We have a 100% college acceptance rate and an average college merit award of $120,000 per student. (Our students genuinely enjoy their high school years. Can you believe it?)
In short, St. Bernard’s students are simply exceptional. And while they, alone, give us plenty reason to celebrate, we have even more cause for excitement this year.
In 2020, St. Bernard’s High School officially launched as an independent Catholic school, governed by a talented Board of Trustees. This change brought with it over $2.7 million raised to date, a 90% increase in enrollment in three years, and a revamped set of curriculum offerings, including four new curriculum tracks in Health Science, Business, Liberal Arts, and Engineering.
Ultimately, we have renewed our commitment to our mission: to educate students to be life-long learners who will embrace the challenges of the world with courage, integrity, and hearts dedicated to service.
I hope the time you spend exploring our website answers all of the questions you may have about St. Bernard’s High School, and if not, please don’t hesitate to reach out! We look forward to hearing from you and getting to know the next generation of Bernardians.
Most sincerely,
Linda D. Anderson, Principal

"Ask yourself, what experience do you want over the next four years of your life? I did, and I realized I wanted to be surrounded by people who lift each other up and look out for one another. I wanted to experience more relationships with people who give off positivity. I wanted to be part of a family." - STB Junior
