With over thirteen years of experience teaching in Catholic schools, William Sousa knows a thing or two about the mission of Catholic education. A staunch supporter of free-speech and Christian values, he imbues his classes with those ideals most rooted in the Church, while also keeping a close eye on politics and political theory.
A graduate of Assumption College with a Master’s Degree in Political Science from Boston College, Mr. Sousa’s passion for history and breadth of knowledge precedes him. His knack for knowing everything-about-everything make him the school’s resident historian: go ahead, see if you can stump him!
In addition to teaching, Mr. Sousa is the faculty advisor for Student Council.
Mr. Sousa teaches AP US History, AP Government, Modern US History, and Psychology.
