Welcome to the 2022-23 academic year!
The first day of school for all students is Tuesday, August 30th.
The school calendar can be found here
The daily bell schedule can be found at the bottom of this page.
This summer's all-school reading is: Viktor Frankl's Man’s Search for Meaning. Please read the book this summer, and be prepared for English class discussions during the first day and first few weeks of school.
The school day runs from 8:15am to 2:23pm.
Students arrive at school between 7:45-8:10am, visit their locker, and head straight to their first class. The buidling opens at 7:15am for student drop off.
In-season athletes will have an after-school study hall from 2:30-3:05pm.
Clubs run after-school from 2:30-3:15. Students can also seek extra help from teachers after school, or participate in our peer tutoring program.
Sports practices starts at the Activity Center around 3:30pm.
Students typically leave the school building by 3:30pm, and they can go down to the Activity Center and watch games and practices, do homework, etc.

Students have a half day on the first Friday of each month. During the morning, students will attend workshops and seminars that focus on special topics: College Planning, Life Skills, Financial Planning, Spirituality, and more. Students are dismissed at noon and no lunch is served. Faculty will attend Professional Development Trainings in the afternoon. The STB Academic Calendar can be found here.
There will be no required masks in school this year. If students, faculty, and staff feel more comfortable wearing masks, they are always welcome to do so.
Over the next few weeks, we'll be adding additional helpful documents to this page! Here's some additional FAQs.
